Rakesh R Walisheter is an experienced software development professional with over 10 years of experience in Agile development, building complex enterprise-cloud solutions. He is currently a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, where he is learning about and contributing to Oracle Data Science Cloud. Rakesh is also a graduate student at the University of California, Berkeley, where he is pursuing a Master's degree in Information and Data Science. Rakesh's main focus since 2020 has been learning Data Science and building a Data Science and Machine Learning cloud platform at OCI-Data Science. His master's curriculum and professional career at OCI-DS complement each other perfectly and provide a great platform for him to build expertise organically. Before his current role, Rakesh worked on Oracle's CX-Mobile, where he focused on implementing end-to-end Lifecycle-management and Extensibility of Oracle's latest-generation CRM Mobile Applications. He was part of the team that revolutionized extensibility workflows for Oracle Enterprise Application and scaled this workflow across Oracle Fusion CX. Rakesh's past experience includes serving as a Principal Applications Developer and Senior Application Developer at Oracle, where he created next-generation extensible CRM Mobile productivity applications and designed and implemented Extensibility of Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile solutions. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from B. M. S. College of Engineering and is expected to complete his Master's degree in Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2023. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, Data Science, Mobile, and Machine Learning.
